National Organization of Motivation & Incentives thru Education for Youth, Inc.
NOMIE for Youth is a nonprofit youth development organization established in February 2020. The organization was founded on the legacy of Nomie Farley who was a teacher, mentor, and community leader for over 60 years in Jackson Parish, LA. Her legacy includes promoting positive values, developing clear thinking, and making sound decisions. In her honor, NOMIE for Youth's mission is to provide youth with the tools they need to mitigate societal obstacles and guide them into becoming productive citizens in their communities. NOMIE for Youth prides itself in supporting youth as they discover and become the best versions of themselves!
Community Outreach
NOMIE for Youth offers over a dozen Fundamental Living Skills Workshops. These workshops equip young people with necessary tools needed to navigate any area of life.

Our organization offers community events where youth can practice and implement the fundamental skills learned in the workshops.
